Do you need technical help? Do you have questions about GuidedChoice? Do you want to look up some investment terms? You’ve come to the right place! This section of the web site is designed to give you the support you need.

PIN Problems:
If you have forgotten your PIN or it is not working for some reason, you can easily reset it. All you need to do is go to the GuidedChoice Log On page and click the Forgot PIN button. When the Forgot PIN page comes up, you will need to enter your Social Security Number, date of birth, and your Secret Code, e.g. your mother's maiden name or your pet's name.

Help and Glossary
While using one of our GuidedChoice advice solutions, like GuidedSavings, you have access to online help. Simply click the Help button and a help page will appear with information specific to the page you're on in the application. Links to glossary definitions for many of the financial terms used throughout the application are also scattered throughout the help pages.
